I have no issues with Brandt Jones employees or their repair shop. This is all on the poor automated process of pick up and return and the time-consuming app. It took 45 minutes to get signed in on the app. It refused to synch up with my location. When you return the truck, you are automatically charged a $25 cleaning fee with nobody to dispute it too. The cargo area was dirty and there was mud on the cab. I'm sorry I even took the time to sweep the cargo area. I will be using the only human run location in town next time or maybe I just need to buy a truck finally.
