I dropped off after hours and used the app which went smoothly. I felt it was a little weird to just drop a trailer off and not have it locked so no one else could just drive off with it, but there were cameras so maybe that is considered enough security. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience for renting the trailer and will recommend to others. Thank you!
Brett RLooks like the last customer left some sort of yellow dust (like corn color) but I only had boxes to load so it was not a problem. I vacuumed it out before I returned it so the next customer would have a clean trailer.

DAVID OI had made my reservation a couple weeks prior to my move from Indiana to Utah. A day before the move, a representative called me letting me know that they did not secure an auto transport for me and that if I wanted one I would have to drive 3 hours round trip to pick it up. The store they sent me to was not even open the day/time I was scheduled to pick it up so I had to get a hold of the company and the solution was for me to simply send them pictures and take the trailer myself. Overall, U-Haul is very disorganized and does not care about its customers. I would have much rather went with another company that actually wants to help such as Penske.
