I had an issue with the dite prompting me on pick up. Spent an hour and 8 mins on hold before getting hung up on. The second time i called chose the call me back option which worked and was quick. Why did my original request not go through called from 905-359-0447 Friday after 8 pm.Lee-Anna T.
would have been 5 stars but the next day was charged for 28L of gas to go 11 miles (I suspect they made me pay for the previous customer) + $20 after hour service fee to drop off outside of business hours (this was in the fine print of the contract that was e-mailed when I picked up the truck but not my estimate) no response to my message 3 weeks ago began a credit card dispute 2 weeks ago, still have heard nothingroy S.

This facility was good. U-haul itself I probably won't use again. Charging me $20 to return the truck online!! Ridiculous!! I returned the truck. That should be enough, And a $25 cleaning fee??? also ridiculous!!Gloria H.
I'm very disappointed in the billing and hope it was just an error. I had the truck for less than 9 hours, but I was billed for 3 days, even though the billing time was given as 2 days + 10 minutes. Do you justify a full extra day for just 10 minutes over? Please send the U-haul policy on customer billing for my information. I was initially told by this location to take up my bill issue with U Haul, not them, even though they were the cause of the billing problem. Also, when I left the truck on Saturday afternoon, the truck box contents and a full gas tank were left unsecured for two nights. Who would be responsible if anything went missing? Please advise.James B C.

The attendant was excellent, but the truck was not clean. The steering wheel was dirty and the cab had not been cleaned from the prior renter. The cup holders still had dirt and stains and the floor snd seats were not cleaned off.STACY F.
I went there and they didn't have debit. I had to go to a bank machine. Then the young girl didn't have any idea how to process it. And when we were done she didn't tell me that they would be closed or about any drop box! When I got back nobody was there so I called a number on the door. Nobody answered I left a message. I waited for 10 mins with my daughters. I then called again and stated I had no idea where to put the key! I waited for another few mins then decided to put the key in the mailbox. I never got at call for 2hrs later. I told him this was the worst uhaul location. He told me he would call the girl and call me right back! I never Recieved a call from him at all! Then I get a text 3 dsys later to return they key??? I specifically stated in my voicemail on Brian's phone that the key was in the mail box at the front. Because I was not told about anything! This was by far the worst Uhaul experience!Valerie L.
