The location was fine but the female staff member who assisted me on the phone was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with.Joseph L.
Don't rent from UHAUL. This was NOT the location I made a "reservation" at. It took 3 hours to pick up and bring the trailer to my house. My original "reservation" would have taken 30 minutes with hook-up time included. UHAUL doesn't make reservations. Apparently it is a REQUEST and if I knew that, I would have gone with another company that would not change locations on me 20 hours before pick up.amanda L.

Overall I would not recommend Uhaul. My original reservation was in Howell but received a call that they double booked my reservation for a 26 foot truck. I had to scramble to find another location that was much further awayBrett L.

Overcharged for mileage. I was told Friday and Saturday rentals are $1.99 per mile and Sunday rentals were $.99 per mile. I was charged $1.99 per mile for Sunday. An overcharge of almost $100.00. This needs to be corrected. I contacted my credit card company and I will file a complaint if it's not adjusted. Poor customer service. I will never recommend this company or this facility.Gayle V.

Was told I could drop off truck after hours; then was charged $20 for â€œafter hours drop off feeâ€ the guy was not up front about this additional charge at all. Also the trucks alignment seemed to be off and to constantly over steer to keep the truck driving straight.Brian L.

Guy lied and said the blinkers were working â€” they weren't. Before I left my house with the trailer I checked again and they were just flashing like hazards on both sides. Also never gave me the furniture pads that I paid for. Uhaul themselves, at 6:48pm the night before I was supposed to pick up the trailer, called and left a message saying it wouldn't be there and moved my pickup location way out of the way + pushed back my pickup time an hour which was massively inconvenient.William L.

I filled the truck up with gas to the mark where I got it.(I do have pictures) only used truck less than 80 miles and was charged 36$ for refueling. So I see how you make money never again and Nineveh got a call back from your agentNeil P.

this truck was dropped of at 8:30 pm after renting from Rheils towing in Pennsville, NJ at 5:30. We drove to 465 churchtown rd pennsville, nj and drove to 319 KElly AVe Brick, NJ 08724 which is a total of 96.10 miles, I am being charged for over 1100 miles... I am furious.... and I am not paying it. This entire rental process was very incompetent and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in UHaul because of the mobile app so I would not recommend UHaul. The issue had nothing to do with this location. Truck blocked in. No one available on the Live Chat to help. App locked up in an error. A half hour later, the guy at this location started early to help me get on the road.JAMES L.
