George J.Fix the app so it works properly. I had issues both checking out and returning the rental via the app. I had to request assistance from the office staff to check out the vehicle, and don't know what I would have done if my pickup time was when the office was closed. And I again had issues returning the vehicle and had to use a browser on my phone but lost progress when I went to take pictures (there's no way to take the required pictures during the return process, you have to upload a picture you've already taken, but I didn't know what pictures needed to be taken so i
Beth B.I reserved a cargo van well in advance & checked in for a cargo van. Upon arrival they said they are upgrading me to a truck. Not very happy, as I needed a cargo van, and they didn't have any left. I was very uncomfortable driving it, it didn't serve its purpose, actually made my job harder & it was a major inconvenience. What's the purpose of a reservation if I'm not getting what I needed?
