Was sent to this location last minute in my reservation. They did not have a dolly that I ordered and was told they were out in the whole area.. was not told is when ordering.. thankfully a family member had one. It could have been Very inconvenient!!!! The guy helping was informative and felt bad.. was not his fault. He was helpful

truck smelled mexicanish
EIC SUhaul was filthy, sticky and potential signs of blood spatters.
