the shocks on the van were not great we were bouncing all over the place . other than that it was great 👍

But when I walked into this location, I was stunned by the great service from the attendant! I would only recommend U-Haul if you were renting from this place, not anywhere else. SPECTACULAR SERVICE!!!!
Bonnie MI've been renting a van each weekend for the past month and have reservations continuing through mid-September. One issue I've noticed is that the insides of the windshields need to be cleaned.

RICHARD ANot sure why I was charged $25 cleaning fee ? Truck was returned cleaner than it was rented (cab and box). Always using uhaul, but the 1st time issue (and with a new location).
