The tire warning light was lit, but I was advised that there were no sensors in the front tires; and the transmission shifting could have been smoother, but over all the on boarding experience was seamless and return was efficient.James W.

When I arrived at the pick up location. The attendant was parking a moving van and the personnel who sa me said he would be back in a moment. I waited and saw him stay in his van and drank his coffee and smoked a cigarette while I waited in the office. Finally another personnel came in and asked me if I was being waited on, and I said he is sitting outside smoking a cigarette. The personel then went outside and told the guy to come back in to help me. I understand the guy was probably on a break, but there needs to be more awareness of customers waiting to rent a U-Haul. Also the moving van I rented was not at full Gas tank and it is impossible to gauge a 1/8 of a tank to refill. I end up paying more to refill the tank the necessary. For future reference it would be easier on the customer to have all gas tanks at full capacityVinh N.

No parking if you have to leave a vehicle and I reserved the truck online a day or two before I picked it up and I still had to wait 45 minutes cuz the station was get gas and it wasnt pulled out and I'm not such if the miles in the truck were reading rite I used my gps and it said I was 6.5 miles away and when I got to my location the truck had 10.3 on it. So I took a picture. I have a picture and a video of the trucks miles when I took it. I well be sending to corporateChristopher K.

This issue wasn't the location itself. It was the self-pickup with the app. It took us at least 20 minutes picking up and returning because the instructions were not clear, the location services wouldn't work with the app and there were no explaination as to where the lockbox was. Due to hitch fitted in New Brunswick the trailer had no lights, so I had to go to Middletown to fix the problem. There the manager was excellent and resolved the issue quickly enabling me to travel back to Brick. That was after I had been called that the trailer was unavailable due to an accident. The manager in Brick however, called me and assured me that the trailer was fine. The problems caused me to lose a day.ronnie D.

Check over your trucks before saying they are good to go and maintained the exhaust was hanging off, tried calling uhaul when I picked it up at 5am stayed on phone 45 minuets got no where drive it 6 hour round trip with the way it was pretty much straight pipes causing me to have migrain and headache and hearing loss glad you really take care of the fleet and say they are good to go I have pictures of the exhaust that had been hacked and welded in multiple spots already horrible experiencedonal L.

We rented a u-haul on Sunday 9/6 at 11 am. We called the next morning to see if we could use the vehicle a little longer (3 hours to be exact) and was told yes. After receiving final receipt, we were charged for 2 full days even though the u-haul was returned before 2:00. When calling to inquire, we were told that the guy who handles the rentals had left for the day and since the key was left in the lockbox he didn't put everything through until the next day and that he couldn't take the second day charge off. We should not have been charged for 2 full days. Very disappointed.GLEN P.

The truck's air conditioner stopped working on several occasions during my rental. It was a long hot summer day and moving your home is a stressful task. Didn't need surprises also the ad said .99 cents per mile but I was charged $1.99 per mile. Didn't see that mentioned prior to renting on web. Got the news at the office rental review of paperwork.
