CA MURDOCKConfusing with the returning this wonderful truck! No instructions until the day after we returned it and left. Had to call over and over to get it straight since we were not there to do the instructions that you wanted. Give the instructions when you pick up the truck so a person will know what they are expected to do!

Philip CousinNo communication as to where or how to make the return. Shop was closed during the hours it was listed to be open. No designated area to leave the trailer. Parking lot is sloped in multiple directions, making unloading a trailer very difficult. The only way I knew how to complete the return process was the stickers posted on the shop door. No Uhaul signage. Terrible location.

Craig NassarI wasn't "approved" upon arrival so had to sit there for about 20 minutes until I was. THEN the lock was not opening and the code was wrong (combo was backwards). The grass was so high we had to fight through the weeds to get to the lock. Uhaul contact number took SO long to finally get a rep on the phone.
Lynn DoyleUpon my arrival, no staff was available on the drop off site. The customer service operator was very helpful as to how to proceed with the finalization of the drop off, due to the fact that the location was closed.

jacob strausNo reflection on Briggs..someone had previously thrown up on the center console. The steering wheel was misaligned with the wheels. Instructed to return on Monday but it looks as though I have been charged for an extra day ? When returning to the location instructed found out it was remote and not open until 1300 , not made aware of this or the ability the drop the key.

katelyn oconnellOne tire was a little sketchy. Not the fault of the location, but a lot of system issues made the pick up take longer than needed. Agent had issues with getting my reservation and paperwork to go through. Also my biggest problem with uhaul was the not getting the pickup location correct, I was told one place and then the email came through with a different location.

PAT FLAHARTYThe person there is very friendly but I noticed that when they open up for their business days things there can be hectic which can be prone to making innocent mistakes being that this location seems to be overly busy in the mornings! Without getting into the mistake itself, they fixed it without hassle! In spite of other reviews, consider making allowances for this location during morning hours as they get things situated while they are opening up!

Travis stumpI didn't get a dolly that was supposed to come in the truck and the cab of the car was filthy. Not only mud but corn chips on the floor, too.

William MooneyThe transaction was mostly fine, however, there was 1 main issue. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 8:30 am and the shop man did not arrive until 9:15. I was not in the truck until 9:30 which in turn cost me an extra $75 to my hired moving help.
genemarie jacquesthe only problem I had was I was offered an extra day and extra mileage for an inconvenience but it was never entered into computer properly so that when i dropped off the truck a day early the receiving location had no knowledge because it was not in computer fortunately I had a copy of my agreement that had the correct information
John PastoreNothing wrong with the location besides the fact that it was over 50 miles away from the location I reserved the pick-up. I wasn't notified any other way but by email and didn't realize the change until I got to what I thought was the correct location. Poor communication by U-haul; nothing to do with the pick up location.
Zoran CuranovicCommunication was fine. An agent confirmed my pickup and changed the location. Mileage was added to allow for the extra travel distance. Location called me about an hour from pickup to verify that I would make the pickup on time. No compaints.

Grille WagonI ended up picking up the truck at a further location. Upon arriving there the owner told us that if we took it to a different location than we had originally chosen, we would recieve a $110 credit. It was a 30 minute drive further than the few minute initial picked drop off location. I was contacted Friday morning the day of my move, to make sure i was going to bring the vehicle to the agreed location in CT. by 11 Saturday the 2nd of June 2018. It was confirmed that I would receive a $110 refund. When I e-mailed the above email address given, in regards to the $110 credit I was promised, I did not receive a response. I then called the drop off location, who told me they do not give refunds and gave me the (800) 922-7292 number to call. I called the number and was told that my truck rental was reduced to $110 not the i would be given $110. We were told from the pick up location that we would get a $110 credit, not that the rental would cost $110. We drove 30 minutes out of our way, used more gas and wasted unpacking time to save maybe $15. This is an unacceptable practice. I was there when the rental was signed and I heard and so did my daughter that it was a credit we would be getting. Not the cost of the rental itself.
