RJ was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly.
WILLIAM M3 tire pressures were low, one was 25 psi with the valve core leaking, 2 were 50 psi, only 1 was 65 psi. The guy lied when I paid cash, said it was an additional $100 that would be refunded but was really $75. He never asked me to check for previous damage before I left. The rear light bar was dented in. So trailer was not ready.
robert dWas supposed to be 10 am pickup at Roosters in Stanfordville, but truck was damaged. Changed location to Briggs. Place was closed. Was talking with rep on app when around 11am I got a call from the Brighs rep to get the truck
Robert RThe place was dark and closed. Took half an hour to finally get out of there with all the different prompts to follow before you could actually find out where the key was. Have also emailed 2x asking where my paid receipt is as I did not get it when I was told it was being sent by email. Still waiting.
