The pickup app wouldn't verify me and had me call a phone number, the recorded message said there was a 90 minute wait time. When I finally got through and was given the combo to the lock on the truck it wouldn't work, took me 10 minutes to force it open. I ordered and paid for a hand truck and when I wet to pickup the truck there wasn't one, so I was stuck with a 20 foot moving van with a ramp but no way to load it. I would recommend this location as the employees are professional and courteous. There were no hassle in my pickup of blankets, dolly and a 26 foot truck. We were in and out in a very timely manner and very satisfied as a customer. The district manager, Daniel, is also great to work with and friendly as well as professional. He does what he says he will do. Thanks to Uhaul for a job well done and making our move seamless.Rodney E.
Don't let these people represent your company. They were rude and obnoxious. I have Neuropathy and torn ligament in my hand and they refused to assist. I asked why they would not assist someone with a handicap.. they said I should have brought somebody with me.DAVID S.

Location was great! My only issue was with the mobile app. Returning the equipment the app glitched said I was done I dropped the keys into the drop box after the app told me too. Once I clicked okay the app then instructed me to return my truck again. Which then I had to retake photos and upload them which I couldn't because I already dropped the keys in the box.Robert T.

I bought the truck back 2 hours late because broke my arm and they charged me another whole day-the reason I broke mt arm is because a dryer fell on me down a stairwell which would not have happened if these guys had had a dolly for me to rent- now i have 4 pins in my arm and have to go though 2 more surgeries...SUSAN B.

The inside of the truck was very dirty. There was food and drinks left inside the truck. There was used tissue inside the passenger door cubby. They middle compartment had trash left in it.Nyah B.

Listen closer to customers requests, stop adding charges that customer did NOT ask for, listen to the spelling of people's names when they literally spell it out, make sure customer doesn't have to repeatedly call back because of your CSR's mistakesJeffery M.
Everything was good. I was not offered any additional supplies, boxes, hand truck, tie down straps, etc. Not sure if those were an option, but the equipment/trailer I rented worked great. I will definitely recommend U-Haul and this location to others.bryan S.
Make sure all the equipment is in working use. It is ridiculous to have to wait to be helped by roadside assistance, even if you are still in your original destination. It's a shame the poor customer service I've seen this time using uhaul.Chloe W.

Interior of truck was a bit dirty but sufficient for a short move. Truck ran well and had no problems. The online checkout was helpful since the location was closed; however, the Uhaul website process was horrible. From the moment I attempted to check out the truck until I finally pulled off, it was about 45 minutes. The website asks for information that should have been resolved before I was even able to reserve it. Finally, the final checkout happened quickly on the following business day.
