I found it difficult to use the QR codes. I was unable to separate the three codes. I finally just dropped the keys off after taking pictures of everything.

Melissa D.I got a uhal from a tiny little run down mom and pop shop that was dirty and the lady helping me was on the phone with her mom the whole time she helping me it was rude then after receiving the keys for the truck I go down the street to get gas and someone point out I have a flat tire on the truck so I spend $3 for air for said tire. Also as I'm trying to put air in the tire I noticed the was no valve in the valve stem plus the stem itself was so rusted and corroded that it would turn to dust if you touched it.(30min) so I call customer service and had to wait on the phone for another 45 min trying to figure it out then I had to sit a wait on the repair another (1 hour) on top of the 2 hours to do the job just to finally be able to use the uhaul. After I complete my job and made sure you got the truck the same way I got it (but better) I talk to the girl who is again on the phone with her mom and explained the situation I felt like I so have gotten a discount for my time no being able to use equipment I paid for
