Don't allow customers to reserve times before this location opens, because I had to stand in the parking lot for an hour before the location even opened. Also this location had to refund my moving blankets because he only had 4 loose ones. Also the windshield was cracked when I picked it up. Lastly I tried to call uhaul multiple times about this mess up of scheduling and I never got ahold of a person.Chris A.

This is the third time in 2 months that I've rented from this location. It's my go-to place when I need to rent a truck or van. The reason being the superior customer service and professionalism exhibited by the staff. The first time and again this time Shenay was the associate who assisted me. The U-Haul application is a raging car accident. It's the worst, most dysfunctional, un-user friendly application I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. Please pull it down and hire competent application developers before you force your customers to pay for torture. Thankfully, the very nice gentleman at the pickup was able to at least ease the pain of pickup. Drop off was like clawing my eyes out my head with an ice cream scoop because this app is HORRIBLE.Robert R.

The employee at this location was wonderful but Ian very upset that I did not receive a discount or anything due to the fact hat I had to wait til noon to pick up my van when I ordered it for 9am! I was told it was a 24/7 pick up and then when the link didn't work I was told it wasn't a 24/7 rental location and to go somewhere else. Only to find out by the store attendant at noon it is!! You customer service phone workers are terrible and were no help!! I had to love without my helpers due to the fact we were 3 hours behind. I have rented many trucks from uhaul and never had any issues or treated this way.Susan J.

Experience was good but after due diligence on my part. It would have been disastrous if I did not know area to drop off as there are very few uhaul drop offs in Blacksburg, Va. and other parents were denied drop off of trucks after moving in students at Va. Tech. Not a good situation!Matthew R.

This process was a NIGHTMARE! I showed up to get the truck... was prompted by the website.... only to be told that my reservation had expired... and I needed to call Gavin. Well, I called Gavin multiple times leaving messages with NO RETURN PHONE CALL! We had to wait until the location opened up at 12pm to get the truck. I had coordinated with movers to be at the house at 7:30 am that morning... everyone was waiting around because we did not have a truck. Then Uhaul wanted to contact me all afternoon after I got the truck to discuss the situation.... at that point.... I was trying to move now that we had gotten the truck FIVE hours after I had originally rented it. I want a complete refund. Supremely disappointed and will not be using Uhaul moving forward.Karli J.

Keep doing what you're doing. I made reservation on the phone and the person was friendly and knowledgeable. I experienced the same friendliness and helpfulness when I arrived to pick up the van. He provided all the information I needed to know about returning the keys if I returned after hours, type of gas to refuel and how to locate the gas tank cap. Location is in a well lit and busy area with lots of available parking to leave my vehicle. Thank you.Edana E.
Seems the overall price is high. $19.95/day, no issue. I drove a total 50 miles, $10 collision, put $10 in gas in tank. total cost was $86. $76 of that without collision so basically cost $56 in mileage. That is too high!Matthew R.

The woman working the desk was unbelievable! Even though she was closed she could tell we were having trouble accessing our on-line rental reservation. She came out, opened her office and helped us out! She made the entire process simple and she did it all with a smile! She didn't have to come out after she was shut down but she did anyway. The owner would not return phone calls. She did not accept or mark my rental as being returned was not friendly or customer service oriented about the matter. She seemed unconcerned that I was given incorrect information only that she wanted Uhaul to come and pick up the auto transport trailer. I tried to call several times and left messages at her office and she did not return one phone call. I contacted corporate and regional office and no return calls on yesterday regarding this same matter. Customer service drives your business. I did everything I was told to on my call and I still was not treated fairly as a customer. I paid over $150 for a few hours to be chastised by a dealer, how unfortunate.Gloria G.
