I needed a last-minute truck rental to move my catering equipment, and Sabrine made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication could be a lot better. I was told I would receive communciation if I would to go to another location to pick up our UHaul prior to the of. I did find the location for pick up was chaged until we arrived the day of pick for our move. We already had to travel over an hour to pick up the UHaul which was comvirent tothe location we were moving from; however, due to not being informed, we had tp then travel another minutes completely out of the way to pick up the UHaul and had to get gas whcih further delayed our start time to move. Nevertheless, we were still able to get everything completed and the UHaul returned before close of business that afternoon. One compliment I would give though is the young that helped ups at the desk was very friendly, understanding, helpful, and congratulated us our our life's journey together. She relaized that the person that made the reservation for us did not inform us properly, nor did they quote us correctly as the amount that was quoted was not what we paid and had to pay more than expected as a result thereof. Nevertheless she had what we needed, showed patience, understanding, and helped obtain what we needed to ensure we were successful and able to accomplish our move.
