Service was excellent, uhaul system failure caused credit card payments was not fault of local site;however , local sites should be provided with alternative options more quickly to avoid delays with reservations and rentals.

Patricia A.Dropping off the U-Haul here was kind of confusing. There was one sign pointing to the drop off area but it led me down through the storage unit area and it wasn't super clear where to actually leave the truck. If there were more directional signs that would be really helpful.

David F.If it wasn't for the staff member in the front officer of the storage unit company, I would have given a rating 'no star' review. But I don't want the storage unit to get a bad review for something they had no control over. The gate to the location closes at 9pm. So making a reservation until 1115pm was wrong. The staff was nice enough to let me use the truck until 7am the next morning. I made the reservation to pick up the vehicle at 515pm and he had already put my keys in the key box so I had to use the self check in process. That was an absolute nightmare. Both the desktop website and the mobile app wouldnt recognize my reservation number. I called the support number and the lady that answered the phone was useless. Every time I would try to explain the issues to her, she would offer a solution that wasnt even an option When I entered the two verification numbers and she said she was going to call them to confirm, she put me on hold on the middle of my sentence explaining to her that the first number was my mom, whos phone we were currently speaking to her on. And the second number was my girlfriend, who was at work. When my mom put the original phone call on hold to answer the phone call from the lady we were speaking to, she AGAIN put us on hold in the middle of talking to her. Overall the check in process to an HOUR to complete. all the while I had movers at my apartment, getting paid by the hour, waiting on me to pick up the moving truck. Having the truck all night long was wonderful except for the fact that I only had the movers for a few hours and an hour of it was eaten up by this horrible process. So now, I have half of my apartment moved to my new house, and the other half still in my third floor apartment with no movers to move it and no truck to transport it. Just an absolute horrible experience.

Mariana O.When I went to pick the van there was only one person working and there was a line of few people waiting. I was told the van had a full tank of gas but was only 75% full. The front right tire had low air pressure and I was told by the employee it is ok. Since he was the only one working he seemed upset with so many people waiting and this was the reason, I did not bring up the gas issue with him. I took the van to see how much air was in the front tire. As per the tire recommendation on the door it needed 55 PSI and there was only 25 PSI in the tire. The van was very dirty inside and had coffee and drink stains all over. I brought it home and cleaned it. I have never written a bad review but I am sorry to say this was the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul and I have rented from U-Haul many times in the past.

While the people at Customer Service were very nice, I spent 6 hours dealing with a broken down truck and unloading said truck on the side of the road, placing serval members of my party in danger. The truck never made it to the destination.

David B.We went to pick the truck with advance booking thinking it will be smooth, but after reaching the officer over there said they don't have my booking and asked me wait and started taking care other customers I waited almost 30-45 minutes and when went back she was again confused and eventually gave us the key after long time , then officer doesn't know where the truck was parked we walked around the premise finally found after long walk and officer didn't accompany us , she forgot to give us the towing cart and I went back again to get that , also there was no parking lot in this facility for us to park our own car we were directed to park the car opposit shop which we didn't feel safe but we didn't have any other option , didn't expect such bad experience with Uhaul facilities
