Kathy was again great to work with in getting a quick rental. She only had one day notice and still found me a clean truck that drove great to work with. I only needed it for a few hours but the experience was still the best! I will keep coming back to rent from her because the experience is always very easy and she's so dern friendly! I needed some help as the mobile pick up was having issues and had to wait 3 minutes for the lady to get off a call and then she seemed ticked that I needed help. I opened the truck, the appliance dolly I ordered was not there and she wasn't happy about that either. Also not real happy that I needed to leave my car there for an hour and a half. No place to park your vehicle here, would have been nice to know. Also, she wasn't wearing a mask. I have done this before at another location with no problems. Will not go to this location again.

The truck was nice and easy to obtain. The customer service from the manager was horrible. She was not friendly, did not say hello, goodbye, youre welcome when I said thank you upon leaving. She really did not speak what so ever unless it was telling me what I owed in a rude manner, basically scolding me because i did not know I had to return the vehicle with a full tank. Which I paid for, at an outrageous amount. The process and truck was nice anf easy to obtain BUT, thr customer service was horrible.
