Melanie was very professional both times I dealt with her. What really stood out to me was how well she handled a few stressful situations that came up while I was there picking up my truck. She stayed calm, kept things moving, and never let it affect how she treated customers. She answered all of my questions, was very accommodating when I arrived, and clearly knows her job well. It's not often you come across someone with that level of professionalism and great customer service. When I dropped the truck off, the other representative who helped me was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely rent from this location again.
KEONA SApp needs a lot of work. Slow and buggy. Wouldn’t let me upload pics of truck and couldn’t move past it. Had to abandon the rest of the process.
