Probably would be helpful to spend a few minutes going over the basic operation of the vehicle (e.g., the key, the ignition, the windows). Even very experienced drivers are not accustomed to the location and operation of controls on a cargo van, for example. I was embarrassed that I had to waste time just getting underway. The managervon site Martez Williams was extremely helpful and courteous.
Calvin EEverything about the experience and rental process it’s very easy and simple. So in my opinion, there’s nothing at the moment that could be improved prices. Yes but we’re an inflation so that’s understandable.

I’m sorry I forgot her name but She went out of her way to help me after Hone Depot cancelled my reservation and I only had a short window of time to do what I needed to do. The next time I need a U-Haul I will return to your branch because of her! If every business had someone like her they would have repeat customers forever.

Michael HMelanie was very professional both times I dealt with her. What really stood out to me was how well she handled a few stressful situations that came up while I was there picking up my truck. She stayed calm, kept things moving, and never let it affect how she treated customers. She answered all of my questions, was very accommodating when I arrived, and clearly knows her job well. It's not often you come across someone with that level of professionalism and great customer service. When I dropped the truck off, the other representative who helped me was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely rent from this location again.
KEONA SApp needs a lot of work. Slow and buggy. Wouldn’t let me upload pics of truck and couldn’t move past it. Had to abandon the rest of the process.

She took me out to the truck and went over the operation of the vehicle and cargo door. The 10-foot truck ran smoothly. It was almost as easy as driving a mini-van!

That employee should go train staff at the three southside Uhauls I have rented from In the past. He provides service heads and shoulders above then. It was so nice to be treated so well especially at the return. I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves to be recognized!
