Super cramped storage unit. Very little room to park vehicles, and in my case there was only spot left where I was expected to parallel park a 20ft truck with very little space.

HARRISON LI had a very good experience. The only hiccup was that I drove it a total of 15 miles and ended up putting 3 gallons of gas in the truck before returning it. It obviously wasn't full when I got it.
BRIAN OOverall a good experience. Except when trying to return the vehicle. The gate was open when I left and when I came back later around 10 pm it was closed. No way of getting in and my vehicle was locked in the U-Haul area. My reservation was made for 5-10 pm. No one said the gate would be closed with no way to get in. I used the app which was very useful. Maybe put a fence opener in the uhauls for situations like that.

VICTOR Gmobile checkin was awful. i was not able to upload photos after multiple trying. so not going to use the mobile pick up if not absolutely necessary. And the guys in the store was not even helpful. he did not mention that we need to collect the keys from him. and the trailers was parked quarter miles awya. we had to walk in the cold several time to do the mobile checkin and collecting keys from the store manager.

JOSEPH DWhen I arrived at 830 to pick up the truck, I had difficulty accessing the lock box because the office was closed until noon on sunday, and the scheduled time to pick up was 7am. I was not aware that the 7am could time out. I should have been made aware at the time of scheduling the truck. Also I ordered a dozen blankets which were not with the truck, requiring that I go to an authorized U Haul center which was both inconvenient and time consuming, delaying my moving arrangements by over 1.5 hours.
Edwin EI returned the truck with more gas than when rented and was still charged for two gallons.

RICHARD JThe U-Haul I rented was in extremely poor condition and clearly not roadworthy. The vehicle was old, poorly maintained, and had a serious issue where it would repeatedly stop working, requiring a 15-minute wait to restart. The engine was excessively noisy, making the driving experience even worse. When I reported these issues upon returning the vehicle, the staff at the center responded dismissively, saying, “Oh, is it? I’ll see to it,” with no sense of urgency or accountability. This level of service and maintenance is completely unacceptable for a company of U-Haul’s stature.
SUBBU TThe truck that I rented had major brake issues. No reflection to the owner of this location, but this needs to be addressed.
JEFFERY MThere were a lot of lights on in the dashboard of the van. The transaction was an easy hand off which was a plus. I did ask about overnight drop off but I wasn't told the gate would be closed.

BRANDON SLonger hours on weekends and having the right equipment or notifying when equipment is not available. Furniture dollys were not included. Had to contact uhaul support who refunded me for the missing equipment and found a different uhaul location that had furniture dolly’s for me to borrow with no charge.

THOMAS TThe mobile pick up option is so blind—no idea what to expect, how long it’s going to take and what may be causing delays. Had I not called customer service I would have been out of luck! Tina King helped me immensely. Please add clearer instructions to your mobile pickup—like a progress bar so I know where I am in the process. I waited for 15 mins for my drivers license to be approved but had no idea (before I called customer service) that my ID was too dark to see. That really ate into my rental time and stressed me out. Again, thank goodness for Tina.

BETH AThe two gentlemen at the rental office were a huge help! My rental was not correct (it had me picking up the U-Haul at 6:00am and that is not a time that the location offers for pick up). I had requested 8:00am. However, they fixed the rental and got me on my way quickly.

DAVID JI been overcharged without my consent. I denied all extras including safe coverage insurance while doing online reservation but in my contract I was put in a insurance even though I told to deny any sort of insurance. Totally poor customer service and not even worth

Mary JNever ever rent UHAUL from this location, they just wants to get your money for no legitimate reason. I recently rented a U haul truck from this location for one day (24 hours) and I told the office staff that i need to extend my time for 4 more hours and when i returned the track my card on file was charged for 48 hours plus the 15 dollar insurance. Charging extra money for no reason is unfair and inhuman. The office staff lack communication skills and not wanting to explain the reservation policy to the customers if customers need to extend their reservation for a couple hours and that could be because they want to get your money. Dude be careful, do not deal with this location because you will be disappointed and charged extra money.

WILLIAM CVladimir was very pleasant. However, the van I rented was unusable. The breaks sound horrible enough so I did not want to take a chance. There were also several lights indicating doors were not closed.
MICHELLE LI was only given 10 miles and charged 1 dollar a mile after that, and truck was not well maintained, very tight seats, and gas chart was tricky and played with I filled much more gas and it took alot of time to show the real level.
