This was the worst experience ever. I hate these foreign ppl coming to the US . Scamming us citizens. They need to go back to where they came from this is not right . Fuck them.

Pick up location entered the wrong drop off location. Mileage charges were added. I filled the tank with gas and wouldn't even credit the cost. Never agin will I use nor recommend Uhaul.

The truck got stuck and they didn't want to help me move the trailer, right during working hours and due to problems with the location. They should have had the entrances and exits suitable for traffic. I really don't recommend this location. Terrible service.
RACHEL BI was falsely charged $57, although I received a full tank, drove 22mi and returned a full tank. The place scams its customers.

Was not at the location when I arrived had a note on the door stating that he will be back, but when I called the number left on the paper, it had kids in the background as if he was at home and my appointment was scheduled for 530 pick up. I was just confused on why he wasn't there to help me and also felt bothered by me calling his phone very rude. Very disrespectful.

CARA RWell first i fell in the establishment and hurt myself bad. 2nd I reserved my truck then he tells me they didn't have one. Next he sends me to a place that already has their truck rented. Then tell me to call customer service. When I did the person was wonderful. Then I was told to go back and then the young man was gone. Had to do mobile which all the while my truck was there.

Worker at this facility called me to charge me mileage I did not use ( they moved the truck when I got there and tried to charge me for the mileage they used. Screenshot shows Full tank and worker saying it’s one click off from full tank. They were trying to get over on me the moment I pulled in the parking. Will NEVER come here EVER again.

Michelle KI used this truck for 4 -5 hours, and it cost way to much. It's says 19.99 rental and to fill it back up, so how does it costs 195.50. The customers should be able to see the price for everything before you pay for it. I will sure think twice before I rent one again.

margaret WThe guy that helped me was rude, he was sitting at his desk talking to another gentleman and I was trying to check in on the App, he asked my name, I told him and I told him I was already checking in on the App. He started asking me questions, I said I’m already checking in on the App are you also checking me in? He starts yelling at me and complaining about his computer system being slow and then speaking in another language to the guy and yelling at me again, all in front of my daughter. I said sir I just asked because I was already checking in on the App when I came in and I don’t want to be double charged, he continues to berate me in front of my daughter and then more than double charges me what the App pending charge was. I really needed my U-Haul and had taken an Uber there or I would have left. I have used this location before and have never been treated this badly. He’s usually always pretty rude but I just figure that’s his personality. I use this location because it’s close to my home. If I have to use again I will always use the App in order to never be treated this way by him again!!! It was so bad that I forgot to add my utility dolly which was the whole reason I got the U-Haul. I just rented one from somewhere else. I just wanted to get out of there!!!

GEORGE TThe representative at the location stayed on the phone the entire time I was trying to check in with them. They barely greeted me, did not inspect the vehicle with me, and did not give me any paperwork. They just threw me the keys. When I returned the vehicle at another location, I found out I was supposed to receive a text to verify things like fuel. I have yet to receive that text. The truck had an 1/8 of a tank of fuel when I picked it up. I found out when I dropped it off that this location recorded I had a full tank. This cost me an additional $60.00. I will rent U-Haul's again but NEVER from this location.
EDWARD OI call the 800 contact and talk to and gave information...very disappointed that i did not get the military discount as much as I us U-Haul throughout my career in service (27 Yrs). I pick up the truck and the back had a lot of dirt, which I swept out before I return to office. The fuel gauge was at 1/4 and I filled it back to the same range, maybe a little more than it had, which I do have a picture before I started and when I return...start mileage is incorrect (140074 mi) and the end mileage (140104), total trip 28.2 mi (.99X28.2=$27.91) and the truck was return the same day, instead of return date of 17 Aug 2024. I would rent there again, as before, but I will make sure the agent see the fuel gauge, mileage and to open the back. Thank you and have a blessed day. Sanders, A US Army (Ret.)

Thanasis MIt says a small fee for the truck then $1 a mile. It was deliberatley made to look like a good rate online and then I show up to the place the guy says nothing to me but how many miles I "plan on driving" and if I want insurance. He then proceeds to charge my card $250 and hand me the keys without a PEEP about what he just charged me. He says "ill send you an email with info" and I go get my truck not seeing the charge until I got home. How are you gonna charge me $250 before I even went the mileage? Yeah ok I bet u-haul is super super aware of this shit business as well.

Alycia UI got there a few minutes before my pick up time. The store itself looked more like someone's garage than a place to pick up a rental truck, but that isn't really a big deal to me. The gentleman there helped me quickly and gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. I had the rental truck for about an hour, as I was just going about 12 miles total to move some tables for a non-profit organization. When I came to return it, no one was there and the doors were locked. There was a sign that said, "Back in 30 mins" and had a cell number. I called the number and got no answer. After waiting over 30 mins for someone to return, I opted to do the online return through the app. That was easy enough, but naturally, when I got my bill...it charged me for 140 miles. There was no record of the mileage on the vehicle before I took it...and as I said...I only drove about 12 miles total. More importantly, I didn't even have the truck long enough to possible drive 140 miles. Nevertheless, I was charged over $100 more than I should have been and now I'm having to deal with it online to try to get a refund...since I still can't get in touch with anyone from the store. Frustrating to say the least.
