Terrible service. The entrance to the location was covered in snow. The truck got stuck and they didn't want to help me move the trailer, right during working hours and due to problems with the location. They should have had the entrances and exits suitable for traffic. I really don't recommend this location. Terrible service.
RACHEL BI was falsely charged $57, although I received a full tank, drove 22mi and returned a full tank. The place scams its customers.
KATLIN CCustomer service ducks very rude and very disrespectful towards me. Was not at the location when I arrived had a note on the door stating that he will be back, but when I called the number left on the paper, it had kids in the background as if he was at home and my appointment was scheduled for 530 pick up. I was just confused on why he wasn't there to help me and also felt bothered by me calling his phone very rude. Very disrespectful.
Donnyell BTruck smelled like someone urinated themselves while having a cigarette. I was also charged for equipment that I didn’t receive.
