The passenger side mirror was loose and was a safety hazard for me while driving especially on the highway

Raymeen HI called the location to confirm they would have someone there soon. This was after my appointment time. The location is very convenient, and I understand they are just a dealer. However, it was truly disorganized in the way the location was handled. The JH trucks are across the street, and you have to walk over to pick up the equipment yourself. If this were an after-hours pick-up, I am not sure how someone would know where the truck is located I Know that this will also be seen by the dealer due to the fact that I too was a dealer in Tennessee
