First of all no one was their when I got their so I called and he said I'll be their in 10 minutes… took him 30 to 45 minutes talking about he had to go to lunch.Their was no sign on the door saying gone out to lunch. And then he charged me for renting 2 u-Hauls. Very BAD customer service. I will never go there again.

I am quite unsatisfied with my experience. I was supposed to rent 2 dollys, however, there was only 1 dolly available. The man running the uhaul rental told me he would remove the second one from the bill and told me to only take 12 furniture pads, which I was charged for 48 pads. I called the 1800 number to get this corrected, waited on hold for 30+ minutes just to get hung up on by the very unhelpful person who answered. Very displeased and I want my money.

I have been charged double for a one day rental. I got charged when i picked up $190 and again when i dropped off $153. I called the location and was told it would resolve itself. Also i was quoted a rate of $63 and my actual charges on the form totaled $153. I esd supposed to pick up at 9 am but had to wait until 9:30 for them to get on location. I did not leave woth the truck until 10:30 but my pick up time still shows 9 am. This was overall the worst experience and i would like my deposit back, a refund for the double charge and to only be charged the quoted price.

Owner was rude. I asked if I could return the truck somewhere closer to my location. Although I know I originally did not intend to. He replied “No. absolutely not. I told you when you picked up the truck you have to bring it back”. I stated I was going to be late from my original time and he stated he would not charge me for the overage. He did anyway $46.25. He also called me again and said “Did you drop this truck off somewhere else when I told you not to?”. Basically treated me like I was a child. Also don't appreciate being charged for something when he said he would not. Especially when I waited for 10 minutes at drop off for him and a few others during prayer at the location. Silently without interruption.

Explain what you need to do when you return the vehicle after hours. Also, when you get the vehicle they need to record the mileage to begin with and explain that when you return after hours that you need to take photos of the vehicle. It took us over an hour to get the photos and check in the vehicle. We could not get it to download the information required. When we tried calling the 800 number for help it said we would' be in que for 40 minutes waiting for a representative to answer. We previously used a different location in the Louisville metro area and we where in and out with everything we needed in a manner of minutes. We will never use this location again for renting a van or truck.

I left the rental in the parking lot. The Facility was closed. The parking lot was nearly full, very limited places to park the uhaul but that wasn't the Facility's fault

Gentleman at the drop off location was very friendly. I spoke to a lady at the (800) U-Haul number to drop off. There seemed to be confusion on the drop off location. She was extremely rude and got an aggressive tone with me. She made the drop off experience way worse than it needed to be.

So disappointed with this rental experience. Arrived to pick up van, no one was onsite. Sign on door said individual would return in 30 minutes. Area where business is located is known for being a rough corner (I lived in the city for 5 years) and still hasn't seen change...in fact it's worse. Hung out in front of the business for 20 minutes. Upon return, he helped two other people that arrived after me. Van given to me had a broken side mirror, which was noted, but not useable nor safe. Van was also dirty - smelled, had a used mask in the cup holder and clumps of hair in the door cup holder area. Lock button in car did not work - required each lock to be locked manually with key, and as a result someone got into my uhaul and stole personal property. Mentioned the locks to the guy at the service center upon return and he said they did work, and he left it at that.

Customer service was awful. As we were checking in he took about 4 phone calls delaying our process. He tried to force more insurance on us. The back of the Uhaul truck was filled with mosquitoes and not cleaned out of debris.

Online check-in process was not clearly defined ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes early to begin mobile check-in. It took an hour, a phone call to Uhaul and an online chat to complete. Another group had been waiting there for 45 minutes. Staff arrived about 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. He was a pleasant person, but we lost 50 minutes of our 4 hour rental, I paid extra for blankets and a dolly, these were not in the truck. I didn't even ask for them because he was dealing other people and we were behind schedule. Next step is to get in touch with Uhaul customer service to get refunded for these items.

This is not 100 percent the fault of the location as the were not expecting us. We had been rerouted to this location after our scheduled pickup 25 minutes south-west of there. That was the second location change in less than 24 hours. Worst uhaul experience ever.

Clean trucks with no seatbelt alarm going off when you are strapped in already. Attention to come out and go over truck and fuel amount with you so there is no discrepancies.

Very unfortunate experience picking up the truck. The truck was nearly blocked in and the location had lost the keys to the blocking vehicle. It took me nearly 2 hrs to maneuver the truck out of the parking space. The staffer was disinterested and unfriendly - he was unable to operate the truck or provide simple aid in helping me back up the truck. I felt like I was being pranked it was so ridiculous - couldn't find reservation at first, then couldn't find keys, playing on his phone not paying attention while directing my back up, disappearing for 10-15 mins at a time. It was a complete joke.

The truck was disgusting. It was filthy inside, unsanitary. I had to Lysol the truck and use Clorox wipes before I even got into the truck. Literally disgusting. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I only kept my reservation because I needed a truck. If I had time to go anywhere else, I would have went somewhere else and let you all keep my money!

I reserved a truck at a location, got there and they had no truck available. The clerk was happy to assist me with trying another location. It was very inconvenient for me to travel to one place that had no truck to only spend more time and travel to another place. This second place was not in the best of areas. No one tried to compensate me for my troubles. Totally not happy with U-Haul at this point.

The owner of the store was not there when I arrived to pick up equipment at 2:30pm. Looked online and pick up time changed to 3:00pm. Called 2 different numbers, no answer. Then I called the Tracking number, and said he is late from dr.s appointment. He did not arrive until roughly 3:30pm. My pickup was from 2:30 to 6:30pm. So I returned equipment about 6:40pm. He double charged me, when it wasn't my fault. I was sopossed to get 4 hours with the U-Haul. And he didn't tell me about a $100 deposit and put my account in the negative. So right now I have a charge for $137 and $80 pending on my account just for renting a 10 foot truck that only cost $29.95. the guy was ride and unprofessional. Also when checking out the truck there was damage to the passenger door that was not in the photo, I told him about it and he said have already took note of the customer who did it. I was waiting to pickup up my U-Haul for a while hour.

The place needs a good cleaning and a better set up. Trucks are stored on a lot across the street, had to drive it around the block so the agent good take the photos of the truck before I could leave.

We had a guaranteed reservation that we had to fight to get the person here to fulfill AFTER we checked in at the correct truck and asked for the keys. Man was not nice or helpful in any way. Called to discuss with customer service. They opened a file and I received a poorly typed, very unprofessional and unpolished response back from an area manager stating I would receive a $50 credit for our inconvenience. Have yet to see that. Not only will I never come here again, but I will never use U-Haul again. Plenty of other companies to choose from. Stay away.

The truck was great, had no issues with it at all. However the owner showed up to the office 20 minutes late, causing delays in me getting the truck and was not apologetic about it at all. When he did get there, he sort of just ignored us and didn't offer any real help. Because of this I almost ran over my booked time and it just added extra stress to my moving day.

Be more transparent and honest about the price. I rented a 15ft truck drove maybe a total of 2 miles. I drive the truck so little that the gas tank on full was on full when I returned it without putting in gas in, that's how little it. The guy tells me that it would be 90 some dollars.. I'm like your what the truck was $30 ?I drove maybe a total of 2 miles. I would like for someone to contact me and explain why I had to pay 60 some extra dollars?

Homeless people living in cars on the lot. Operator showed up 35 minutes after their posted 8:00 opening. Yelled at me for calling Uhaul to complain about the location. Truck reeked of cigarette smoke. I was charged for insurance that I did not request. My reservation was moved from a location near my old and new home to this location by Uhaul. I would be embarrassed to have this location or the operator represent my brand.

1. Be present with an open store when during the store's stated hours. 2. Apologize to a customer if they had to wait on you to open the store 45 minutes after store is supposed to open and 15 minutes after the reservation started. 3. Make an effort to ensure customer receives all equipment rented as we were not given the furniture pads we ordered and then were told over the phone it was our fault for not asking for them. I would never recommend this u-haul location to anyone. It was a horrible customer service experience, and the owner did not care that he was bad at his job.

First off, I was charged for a dolly that I never received. The usage fee for that way $30 more than the actual rental. I plan on contacting customer support about this matter, but very busy. The truck had candy wrappers all in it, but other than those 2, it was a well experience.

The staff was friendly, but the location was very small, could not park in the parking lot with spare car while dropping off truck. Personnel were very helpful, but didn't disclose upfront the cost of $60 to come help us with the tow attachment on site at our building. No issue, with paying it, just wish it had been disclosed upfront.

I thought the dealer was unprofessional-he was ok with me but talked about other customers in front of me not to mention I saw him interact with another customer and I was VERY uncomfortable with his lack of professionalism and it is as he does not know how to be kind even in stressful situations. The location is difficult to manage a 26 footer unless you have experience.

Mark was beyond helpful and understanding. He helped me retrieve a Uhaul three hours earlier than my reservation. And even though I still had the extra time to move, he was very kind about extending my drop-off time when I faced several setbacks. He's professional and straightforward without setting aside his kind demeanor, and his availability was top-notch in providing information and assistance. Moving can be so stressful, full of setbacks, but he helped make it seem much less daunting and I really appreciated (and needed) that for this move. Thanks, Mark!
