No space to park the trailer. Only one spot available at a 45 degree angle, so we had to pull back out of the one-way drive. The lot isn’t level and they don’t have wheel blocks unless you specifically go inside to ask. Staff not all that helpful

Inside of facility very p[oor on presentation. The owner/manager that rented to me tried to tell me that they didnt have the truck I reserved. He tried to charge me more for a bigger truck. There were three of them on the lot. He finally agreed. At rental return, I dropped the truck at 6PM same day. Had it three hours. Placed four miles on it and put two gallons of fuel in it. He charged me for 3 gallons of fuel and said he does not make money on fuel. There is no way this truck used 5 gallons of fuel for 4 miles of usage. He is dishonest. Told me the truck was back out and there is nothing he can do about it. This is as dishonest as you can get. I expect a call from U-Haul and an adjustment to my invoice. This is scamming the customer.

The guy lied when I returned the equipment and said I went over miles when I did not. I actually took pictures. The Van was wrecked badly and the inside was super dirty and smelled as if the previous person was transporting bodies. 10 out 10 would NEVER recommend and moving forward I will be renting my moving needs from budget!

The self check in process is a nightmare. There is virtually no security, so I was returning a Uhaul alone downtown at night as a woman. Being approached by random people & simultaneously trying to fulfill the picture requirement so I could return it and leave. Someone is going to get hurt returning a uhaul here. Worst Uhaul I have ever rented.

I feel like my overall experience for uhaul is horrible. I rented a van from one location then it got transferred to this location without my concent. Then when I went to pick up the van it wasn’t set up for 24 hour pick up so o had to wait to get the keys. It was the middle of the day and there was no one there. I waited 2 hours before they arrived after calling uhaul numerous times, emergency or not there should have been an additional person or a way to get keys that day if there was rental appointments. Then when I thought this was made right and the charge completely reversed, I was charged again 3 days later. I only needed this rental for 1 hours and I had to endure 3 hours of my day with uhaul.

Location was not open at the opening time. Had to check oi virtually. When I went to return the vehicle 4 hours later, there still was nobody staffing the facility and another group had been waiting 2 hours for someone to arrive.

Owner/manager talked on phone the entire time he was waiting on me ! Very unprofessional ! My rental was not clean-dirty floor should’ve been blown out!

First, I could not figure out how to get the 26' truck and trailer inside the parking lot. When I called about how to get the equipment in, the man kept repeating it back to me like it was a stupid question. He proceeded to tell me to park it anywhere because he was at lunch (he wouldnt be back for about 10 minutes). When I FINALLY got the equipment in the very tiny driveway, it blocked the whole area off. A process that could have taken no more than 15 min, ended up being an hour process due to no communication. To be included, no one was at the location even after the "10 minutes". This process not only pissed off me, but it also pissed off the two other people that were late due to me blocking the area, and a couple that was having the same problem. I will NEVER use this location again, and I strongly advise that in order to not get a lawsuit, the management team and staff need to step it up. This is truly unacceptable behavior.

It's more of a homeless encampment than a business. The guy working there was rude as hell. He acted like he was doing me a favor taking my money. Barely stopping his conversation about his side business to help me get a truck. I'll buy a truck before I rent here again.

Original reservation not honored. I was supposed to get a $50 credit to cover the reservation transfer to another location. Have not seen the credit.

The owner was 50 minutes late to my reservation at 2pm. There was no one else working there and no one to answer the phone. I had to call the city-wide UHaul dispatch just to get any kind of explanation or confirmation that he would show up at all. When he finally arrived, he did not have the vehicle that I had reserved and I had to drive something different instead. He also severely overestimated the cost of the trip and I now have to wait several days before the actual charge (over $100 less than the estimate) goes through. I will never go to this location again.

This was not my first location. My guaranteed reservation at the Preston Hwy U-Haul did not have what I reserved. So I was sent across town to Broadway to get a truck I was supposed to have at Preston.

No employee's showed up at this location for several hours. My vehicle was broken into while I was signing the contract. I'll never rent from this location ever again. Lot was packed full of other people trying to get rentals and dropping off rentals. Sketchy doesn't even beging to describe this location

I made a reservation to pick up a truck but nobody answered and the previous renter did not check it in so I had to go to another store and the tires needed air. Due to the delay I had to cancel my plans. I requested a refund since I never rented a truck.

I've struggled with U-Haul locations in the past: trucks not available despite reservation, trucks in disrepair, etc. This location had my truck, it was in fantastic shape, and the team who checked me in were really on the ball. Great business, will only rent from here when I am in Louisville!!!

Place is run down. Also, I had reserved a cargo van f for 10:00am for a furniture delivery. I showed up at 9:45 which apparently was just in time to see the only van get rented out to a walk in just as I walked in. I had no choice but to use a box truck for this delivery which was not ideal. It’s not a huge deal. But why reserve a van if the reservation is meaningless?

I reserved a pickup truck, which was necessary for me to accomplish the purpose of my flight to Louisville but was given a van and told no trucks were available. Then, when I told the U-Haul person I had wanted to move soil, he changed my van to one ‘‘twas beaten up, with a badly dented door and things hanging from the front end.

Mark, the owner of this location is great and always very helpful and so I always rent from here and recommend friends to go here ... But the trucks sometimes are not in the best shape ... the last two rentals I had did not have functional windshield wipers but myh biggest complaint is that UHAUL keeps charging me made up gas fees ... I have pictures from pick up and delivery with gas gauge in exact same postion, with documented 6 miles of travel, but then I got charged over $30 in gas; which, of course, makes no sense ... Please refund my account!

Ordered a dolly with my rental. Dolly not loaded onto truck. Had to wait for an employee of the U-Haul to arrive, 45 minutes after scheduled pickup, this shook the scheduling of my moving day down. Will not reccomend to a friend and unhappy with provided service

As a first-time U-Haul user, I opted for in-office check-in instead of online check-in. I collected the keys, dollies, and blankets. Upon returning at 7 AM, I saw a note in the office stating that they would be back in 30 minutes. However, no one arrived by 8 AM. I then used online checkout, which required photos of the odometer, fuel gauge, truck cleanliness, and parking location. I completed the return process by 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, I was charged for the waiting time. I believe I should have been informed about this process during pickup, considering they knew the drop-off time.

Pick up location entered the wrong drop off location. Mileage charges were added. I filled the tank with gas and wouldn't even credit the cost. Never agin will I use nor recommend Uhaul.

Terrible service. The entrance to the location was covered in snow. The truck got stuck and they didn't want to help me move the trailer, right during working hours and due to problems with the location. They should have had the entrances and exits suitable for traffic. I really don't recommend this location. Terrible service.

Customer service ducks very rude and very disrespectful towards me. Was not at the location when I arrived had a note on the door stating that he will be back, but when I called the number left on the paper, it had kids in the background as if he was at home and my appointment was scheduled for 530 pick up. I was just confused on why he wasn't there to help me and also felt bothered by me calling his phone very rude. Very disrespectful.

Well first i fell in the establishment and hurt myself bad. 2nd I reserved my truck then he tells me they didn't have one. Next he sends me to a place that already has their truck rented. Then tell me to call customer service. When I did the person was wonderful. Then I was told to go back and then the young man was gone. Had to do mobile which all the while my truck was there.
