Jimmy RI answered no the question that asked would I recommend that place the problem was I was told in front of a person helping me move I was that if I brought the vehicle back to Madisonville I would pay for the extra miles which I already paid for 50 miles so I was sent a text that said my drop off point would be Madisonville and not Huntsville so we got back to Madisonville and sure enough I to pay for the miles we went over if we were able to drop the truck in Huntsville like we were told in the beginning I would have not had to pay the extra miles the money wasn't alot but it was the principal I think if you are told something in the beginning this problem would have never happened have a great day

Leah SThe euipment light plug-in wasn't working. They checked the fuses on my vehicle-all ok. Checked the plug-in attached on my bumper and determined it was not attached on the backside of the bumper. attached it and everything worked, GREAT SERVICE TO GET ME GOING. t Thanks.
Robert HTo actually ask for a maintainience check up,we got a really bad dolly very poorly maintained.Didnt even Last an Hour before one of the wheels blew up on the high way for some random reason,we were going the speed limit and Still couldnt last long.

Even in his rushed and engrossed day, showed (what I recognized and so appreciated as) an extreme empathy and patience. That, as you could understand, made an otherwise difficult transaction much more pleasant!!!

Don BDropped off contactless. Location was closed and did the uHaul return on my phone.
Marie CThe pick up location took photos of the hitch connection but did not check to ensure it was tightened onto the ball. After driving off at about the 5th mile the tow unit was very noisy. I stopped and checked all the connections and found the hitch to be really lose. Tightened the hitch and all work as it should. Could of been a safety issue causing a wreck.
