Remarkably good. The transaction was amazingly quick and easy. Most of it right over my phone. I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to get the trailer and be on my way. Friendly.

The location and truck were exceptional. Had a small hiccup with the App not functioning for the truck pickup process on a Saturday that the staff on location was immensely helpful in guiding me to get resolved. Everything else was smooth sailing and a great overall experience.

This was my Mother-in Law's rental. Having to pick up the truck in Brookhaven instead of locally in Vidalia was extraordinarily inconvenient and stressful for my wife and her mom. Your locations don't seem to be managed well, or consistently.

The straps n strap tightner needs to be oiled n the ends are wore out shredded need to burn the ends or something to make them easier but overall it’s a great car hauler I’d do it again if I needed to

They charged me for 8.5 miles more than what the miles were. I didn’t go no more than they quoted. They didn’t know the miles to and from destination. Plus it wasn’t on half a tank of fuel when I got it and I put half plus.
