Brooks & Sons went above and beyond getting me the exact size truck I needed for a big event and had it at the location I needed saving me time and money. Weather changed last minute, and I would not have been able to pull off the event if I hadn't contacted Brooks. I recommend calling them and not U-Haul. It was so much easier and less stressful. Thank you!!!

He made it easy and was a fantastic person to work with. I highly recommend. He went out of his way to get me a different like the truck last minute by driving to another city to pick up a 26 footer and drive it back to his place. It was waiting for me and everything I requested

Larry Brooks and his son are crooks. I paid him $300 cash to move myself and an elderly disabled man, and paid him an additional $50 cash just for gas. He drove less than a quarter of a mile to the storage unit twice for my belongings and never went back and moved my friend. When I went to his business to ask him when he was going to move him he got irate with me and threw me off of his property. I would not recommend them to anybody. That is bad business and they are poor examples of what human beings are supposed to be doing. His son also stole a brand new lock from me. I asked him to open the package of it for me and we headed over to the storage unit and I never got it from him. They wasted all day long telling me to relax and take my time I hired them for the whole day and I said yes it was for myself and my friend and they said if they didn't get to him they would do it the next day. It's been 3 weeks and they still have not moved him. Again he threw me off his property when I confronted him.

I received both excellent service and excellent advice from Brooks and Sons. They helped me switch to a more appropriate product than the one I booked and even expedited an affordable electrical hookup so I could tow a trailer. This saved both money and stress on my family - - Thank you!!
