This location was part of another business; U-haul got very little attention and support. Tere was no personnel on sight to help with check-in and return of the trailer. I returned my trailer on a Friday and received calls on Saturday and again on the following Tuesday asking if I had returned the trailer. Obviously the personnel at the U-haul location did not know what they were doing.
