The staff were helpful and pickup site was fine. My only comment is that it should not cost an additional $35 to drop trailer 14 miles from pickup site. Made one hour rental into three hour rental. That ramp trailer had limited availability in the area and by pricing this way you took trailer out of circulation for an additional two hours. Double price for different local drop crazy. Certainly cause me to look at other options when I need truck or other equipment.

You provided me with a dirty vehicle for the third time. Over the past month, I rented cars from you three times at different locations, and each time the vehicles were dirty. It didn’t really bother me before, but the last time was different. The car was not only dirty, but it was also impossible to breathe inside due to a strong unpleasant smell. It smelled like dampness or some kind of chemical odor. I’m not sure exactly what it was, but I had to drive for about two hours in that condition. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reconsider whether I should rent from you again in the future, as this experience was very unpleasant for me.

Nobody was in office to note I was dropping. There was a guy washing a car there and said just to drop it off. Had to check back next day to make sure they knew. Overall I like the drop and go . Thanks

Put some lubricant on the doors 😆 they are very loud - in the small space they open and close frequently on busy days and are very loud. Otherwise,- very well organized small space and easy to navigate. Staff handled ensuring vehicle was ready to go and easy to maneuver out of the lot. This is a very busy and rough part of town and I was quite impressed with the entire process from start to finish.

The associates on the location where I picked up the truck from were great! As i’m getting ready to leave the location- I hopped into the truck and tried to start it but it would not start. One of the associate had to jump start the truck for me. Unfortunately, the issue didnt stop there. Luckily, I have my own battery jump starter- which i had to use every time i am ready to drive the truck. It wasnt a huge problem for me due to the aforementioned. However, if another person/family gets the same truck they will encounter the same problem- if not addressed immediately.
