They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls, and at the end when they suppose to give you your money back from your $100 deposit they don’t!!! I’m very unsatisfied because communication is big part of business!

AMYA NThe young lady at BTM was amazing! I arrived after closing time, and she stayed to help me when I was having issues with the app. She had the best customer service I have had in a long time. I was very appreciative. I do wish the app would tell us if the location would be closed at the time of pick up. The app told me to call, and it took forever to wait for an associate. Again, thankful for the young lady at BTM.
