My location to pickup was changed well in advance, which is okay. However, when I arrived the worker did not seem to know what was going on, and he was moments away from giving my rental to someone who just walked in and demanded it even though it wasn’t on the schedule. This location had all of their lights off and no air-conditioning in the middle of July. The worker was on the phone with his mother the entire time attempting to figure out what to do after he nearly gave my rental away when I arrive 10 minutes early. Thankfully, the mother told him the right thing to do, but the fact that it was nearly given away and checked out to begin with is incredibly unprofessional. The app and online check-in gilded zero favors as well. It was unusable, and it was the entire reason I had to enter the building to begin with. Thankfully, everything worked out after about an hour of explaining to the worker that a reservation days in advance should be honored as opposed to someone with none demanding a rental. Overall, this location was terrible, physically, and mentally. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls, and at the end when they suppose to give you your money back from your $100 deposit they don’t!!! I’m very unsatisfied because communication is big part of business!
