there was alot of miscommunication, I would have to call the toll free number because the killeen office to keep me updated, I was always put on hold from average point of time. The trailer I rented was a new 5 x 8 enclosed trailer. The mechanism that holds the door latch in place broke off before I even loaded the trailer. This could have been a big safety issue had it happen when the trailer was loaded. Thus is a defective part.

There was nothing wrong with the location and I appreciate it was close to my final location. The problem I had it with the Dropbox. I called ahead of time and was told by a worker that all I needed to do was drop the keys in the orange Dropbox and I was on camera. The box itself made it sound like I needed to download the app before I could drop off, and when I did I couldn’t find anywhere to mark it was dropped off, just make a reservation.
