We did not receive platform dollies / furniture dollies. The haul representative was nonexistent. We additionally did not know we needed to download the app in order to receive the the keys. When I called that location / Nedrow NY to confirm the pickup the representative didn’t say make you download the app to receive the keys. Luckily there was a nice bystander there to help us with app downloads. The Nedrow NY location shouldn’t be a representation of the U-Haul organization. Very haphazardly run location.

On the day of pick up I was sent a text message advising me that the rental location selected was changed . Went to pick up rental and no one was there. Called phone number and no answer left a message . Called customer service to advise that no one was at the location and no answer on phone number provided and was on hold for 20 minutes. Location owner finally called back after 20 minutes to advise they would be there in 15 minutes. Customer service finally answered and when asked why my location was changed in the first place I was told due to previous reservations of other customers. Why no one told me that when I made the reservation is beyond me. Meanwhile I’m paying my helpers for time wasted. Very disappointed in this whole experience!
