They lied I was charge for equipment that I didn’t have the young lady didn’t know anything I called she say go on the website. She wasn’t rude she just didn’t have any knowledge of the rental I was charge for gas I put gas the same way it was when I had it just a horrible experience I will not use them anymore I didn’t sign any paperwork I have rented many u hauls in the past never had this experience
