Patricia Bfirst you changed my conformed reservation only two days before pick up, which I was not happy about but I had no choice, second on the pick up day, they did not follow the COVID-19 procedures, they were not competent, they mad me wait for nothing, since they did not know haw to check in the trailer, and process my rental. when they did finish, it was wrong. they charged me for two trailer. I will never want to go there ever.

RACHEL RThe Tow Dolly that I rented was not inspected for safety. I had to contact road side service to replace both tires along with a broken light connection. The rental office was of no assistance.
