We picked up the trailer and they failed to check the breaks before we left so we had to go to a other place to pick up another trailer

No issues with this site. However, Uhaul customer service directed me to this site after I had selected a different one which was closer to my home. The representative said that the location on Kadota was actually closer to me which in fact it was further by nearly 2 miles. Not very customer friendly.
