Your rental procedure for a new customer is confusing but it worked out in the end.Randy B.
I was overcharged for items that I declined for on my rental such as the extra insurance and was charged a cleaning fee when the truck was clean. I brought it back the way I got the rental. This was not fair. I've rented from uhaul stefko blvd for many yrs and Never had this problem. I want these charges refunded to my accountMary C.
Both of the guys i dealt with when i picked up my rented equipment and when i returned it were very easy to talk to and understand. Their customer service was excellent and overall made renting something extremely easy. I know where i will be going when i need something again.Deanna L.

After looking on line and speaking to a rep. I settled on a day later than I wanted. I called back to see if you had a cancellation list that I could be put on. The rep (unfortunately I can't remember his name)cancelled my order and promised me the day I wanted and delivered! Thanksed H.

Let me tell you. I never got to rent a van because customer service gave me an available location near my home but when I got the call it was a location 25 miles from my home and I cancelled. When I called customer service back she actually hung up on me. Very rude. And I would never recommend this business to anyoneMaureen T.

Bruce indicated that part of what made his job more difficult is a constant upgrading/changing of the UHaul computer interface. Perhaps some standardization is in order?
