When I first want to rent a truck from Uhaul, I went to the closest location to where I live in Medical Lake and the rental agent told me that he will have a truck for me to pick up on the day I requested. Then, the same day in the afternoon, I get a phone call from Uhaul, and he asked me to rent a 20ft truck from that location, because he won't have a 10ft truck on that date. I said 20ft truck is too large for me, so he told me that I have to go to Airways Heights to pick up a 10ft truck. So I rented a 10 ft. truck in Airways Heights which is 10 miles away. As I drove by Uhaul rental, I noticed they had a 10ft truck there. Afterwards, I stopped there and told him that I was told to go to Airways Heights. He didn't know why I didn't rent the truck from him that was waiting for me. I found out that a Uhaul district manager called me to go to Airways Heights. I guess he wanted me to spend more money for milage.

The running lights were NOT operating. It only had brake lights and turn signals. The rollers were bad making the door very stiff and hard to open. The brakes on the trailer were NOT functioning. The inside had a lot of damage. Overall, the trailer wasn't as good as it should've been based off the years I've been renting Uhauls. This was the worst item I've rented from you.

The vehicle wasn’t full when I picked it up. I put more gas in it than I used and still got billed fuel charges from U-Haul.

Not much! The team was excellent and very helpful. I am thankful for how quick they were with getting the rental to me during a moment of extreme crisis

The location if very clean and easy to access. The check in and check out process was much better than other locations I have rented from in the last few years.

The pickup location was fine. It was frustrating that I scheduled the rental over a month in advance and still had to go to a different location to pickup the trailer. I didn’t learn of this change until I called to confirm the reservation 48 hours before the scheduled pick up.

Worst communication ever. Pick up in the wrong location then stated on the reservation, drop off in a different place and the directions to drop off cause no one was there is a joke. The pick up location told me to just bring it back there, but then could check me in cause it would have charged me. Just like always nothing simple or convenient.

My location was changed last minute without my knowledge and I spent over and hour and half longer than expected to depart. Otherwise location was fine.
