Steven TI specifically rented it to make it easier to move my mother in laws household. Yes it was a small uhaul but I didn't expect it not to have a ramp, which is why I rented it. Got to where I needed to be and low and behold, no ramp. Only on 15' or larger. If I had known that, I wouldn't have rented it. Since I already had we just muscled it in. Other then that it was good.

WILLIAM MI wasn’t informed about mileage. I was under the impression that it was unlimited mileage and when I dropped it off at the U-Haul drop off I had an extra $67 to pay for 67 miles over the 35 that were free apparently. Would have been nice to know that being in a very fixed budget. Very disappointed with that part. The staff was very nice at pick up but that extra money would have been nice to know ahead of time
