I wasn’t informed about mileage. I was under the impression that it was unlimited mileage and when I dropped it off at the U-Haul drop off I had an extra $67 to pay for 67 miles over the 35 that were free apparently. Would have been nice to know that being in a very fixed budget. Very disappointed with that part. The staff was very nice at pick up but that extra money would have been nice to know ahead of time

The truck was not cleaned from the previous renter. The drop off location recognized that builders supply gave us a dirty truck. The right mirror was broken and was not working. And the blankets on the order were not there and they didn't have any available.
Hailee ADue to the U-Haul outage, I had to wait two hours as the system keep crashing. They did not have any blankets. I tried the Medical Lake U-Haul first at least a week earlier, but it did not go through until I made the Airway reservation. I had to reorganize my moving plans for the second reservation. After making the second reservation then the Medical Kake location showed up and I had to cancel it. The airway Heights locations were friendly.
Katherine PI was scheduled to pick-up at the Uhaul in Downtown Spokane and they did not have a truck ready for me when I arrived so I was sent to this alternate location, which was both extremely inconvenient and also cost me as the guys I paid to load the truck had to sit and wait an hour and then took another 1/2 hr going to get moving blankets since only 5 were available at the alternate pick-up location.
Danielle PWhen I first want to rent a truck from Uhaul, I went to the closest location to where I live in Medical Lake and the rental agent told me that he will have a truck for me to pick up on the day I requested. Then, the same day in the afternoon, I get a phone call from Uhaul, and he asked me to rent a 20ft truck from that location, because he won't have a 10ft truck on that date. I said 20ft truck is too large for me, so he told me that I have to go to Airways Heights to pick up a 10ft truck. So I rented a 10 ft. truck in Airways Heights which is 10 miles away. As I drove by Uhaul rental, I noticed they had a 10ft truck there. Afterwards, I stopped there and told him that I was told to go to Airways Heights. He didn't know why I didn't rent the truck from him that was waiting for me. I found out that a Uhaul district manager called me to go to Airways Heights. I guess he wanted me to spend more money for milage.
