Never again! I have always used Uhaul , but I will drive out of my way to avoid this particular location! No keys for the truck I rented in the lock box. No one on site, even though the office was not supposed to close until 4pm. I arrived at 10:00 to pick up the truck, after virtually doing my check-in, paying for the truck, I had to wait almost an hour and a half for answers. Very incompetent staff, hopefully the man I was speaking to was not the owner, because he had no clue!! The truck was unlocked, nasty in the cab and the back of the truck. The person on the phone finally told me that the keys were under the front seat!! Now mind you, that truck is in MY NAME! Any thief could have hopped in and stole that truck! And guess who would have been responsible?…me! Never again! I will drive out of my way, before picking up a truck here again!

Plan not to return 1st my travels was enter wrong on my pick up 2nd I was over charged For 100 mile one way I was charged $478 so yea I plan not to come back to Uhaul. I’ve used them a couple time never had a problem but this time effortless to fix the issue

No computer to check in my trailer. He said he would get it checked in but didn’t do it. TOOK 4 PHONE CALLS TO U-HAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND 8 DAYS TO FINALLY GET IT CHECKED IN!

Turned in a 10 foot truck and vehicle trailer into this location, which appeared to be a car wash lot and owner inform me that he would close out the rental contract but he was in the middle of something else at the moment and that was all informed to me on May 18, 2024 and here it is June,04,2024 and I still have not received my deposit and I was in yesterday June 3, 2024 that was showing active but it was closed on June 3 ,2024….. I had also received a email from the U-Haul recovery team that was a.inconvenience for me when through no fault of mine……… I am strongly, leaning towards not recommending U-Haul, with that being said my last two experiences have been bad experiences

Once a U-Haul truck or trailer has been reserved, please notify the dealer the time the U-Haul will be picked up so that the dealer will be there with the equipment.

Owner was off site, his employee did not help remove the trailer mooch tounge weight is extremely heavy

Nobody on site. When I called the number, I never got an answer. Just a recording. And the voice mail was full so I couldn’t leave a message.
