AHMAD LWhen you give the vehicle to the customer please in form them that although the fuel gauge says full when you get it, it is hard to judge how much to get full full when the tank takes a lot more before it says full and you may over fill without knowing it.

DANIEL SI thought I ordered a truck with a lift? Maybe not... it didn't have one. Either than that it was a good experience and didn't have any issues. I don't like to upload important info on the phone. It kept asking me to upload my DL. I would rather do everything in person.

TOBIAS KOur experience at this U-Haul with Chris was awful… awfully amazing that is!! As a 54-year-old that has watched customer service decline rapidly over the years. It was such a breath of fresh air to walk into the Burnaby South side storage U-Haul location, and be greeted by one of the most upbeat people I’ve met in a while. Usually when you’re renting a U-Haul, you know you’re in for a long day (and it was) but Chris made the start and end of the day a delightful one. He was extremely professional, funny, and helpful. I really can’t say enough about what a positive experience it was. The U-Haul truck was also in great condition. Big stars all around for this location and mostly for Chris. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone!!

MY NDURING LOADING I NOTICED THE REAR TIRES LOOKED ODDLY LOW . i STOPPED LOADING AND CHECKED THE TIRE PRESSURE ALL FOUR TIRES AND FOUND THERE WAS ONLY 25 psi IN EACH WHICH WAS DANGEROUSLY LOW !!!!!! THE DOOR PILLAR TIRE INFO INDICATES 75 PSI i EXPECT A FULL REFUND ON MY RENTAL !!! WHEN i DO MY DUE DILLIGENCE AND CORRECT A STUPID AND GAURANTEED MECHANICAL FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RENTAL COMPANY i EXPECT COMPENSATION AS WOULD THE RENTAK COMPANY EXPECT SAME HAD i DAMAGED THE VEHICLE .

JAIRAM GI went straight to this location and they have had available the 9' Van, after doing all the formalities within 10 mins the Vehicle key was in my hand.I could not find any difficulty for getting U-Haul Equipment over here, so for me there is no any improvement chances, and Chris was very kind and helpful person. I would give 5 out of 5 to Chris.

DOUGLAS DMy recent experience at 8678 Greenall Ave Burnaby was totally disappointing and frustrating. Lack of transparent communication caused me unnecessary financial expense, lost time, and significant stress to me from neighbors and managers of both old and new buildings I was moving to as Uhaul didn’t release the truck at the coordinated time. I had to keep the movers on the street for 2 hours and reschedule elevator availability at both buildings and I myself had to travel 85 minutes to grab the physical credit card at home. They should have clearly mentioned that the drivers license holder and the credit card owner should be the same and that they need the physical credit card and they don’t accept tapping. My entire day and moving schedule was disrupted and I would never ever again rent Uhaul vehicles.

The equipment you reserve is actually there when you arrive (other places have given reserved equipment to walk in clients, which defeats the purpose of reserving something). Trucks are very clean. And the staff are amazing. The store itself is well maintained like a professional establishment, and looks nicer than most peoples homes.

ALBRIGHT MWe’ve rented U-Haul trucks for all our moves over the past 35 years and this was the smoothest rental we’ve ever had. It’s a small neighborhood store with a few trucks so no long lines to deal with and the after hours return was a snap by using the app. Thank you very much for the great service!

VIRGILIO DA good experience. I had only reserved the vehicle/cube truck for 4 hours. The sales associate recommended a couple of more hours in the event of traffic or delays. This recommendation was excellent. The entire process was easy. The sales associate was friendly and very efficient. Would recommend this location. Also, the Shell Gas station was only a short distance away in order to fill up before returning the truck.
JEFFERY DI had to make 7 call to customer service to get my name right, the drop of and pickup location correct and then the transferring from one department to another was more than should be expected. The truck ran a little rough and the ramp latch needed to be forced on so that the ramp stayed locked in place. Th location attendant Chris was very efficient and helpful
ESMON EThe only issue is that the wheel wells and the fuel filler take up some space in the cargo area, which can be a bit inconvenient. It would be helpful to have a notice about this, or even a simple diagram showing their locations and basic dimensions (width × depth × height).
