First of all: Local Site Coordinators were very positive, and helpful people. That said, it shouldn't take 45 minutes to checkout a vehicle. 1) U-Haul Corporate: a) Please train and re-train your site coordinators on proper and efficient usage of your check-out website. b) Please provide a progress indicator or some kind of feedback that the "next" button has been clicked on, so your site coordinators don't repeatedly click "next" again (UX 101). 2) Provide locks for the key lockboxes that are easy to open once the correct combination has been entered.Bryan S.

Person helping at check-in was incompetent and did not know how to use the system. It took 45 minutes and numerous phone calls to get checked in. Check-out went smooth with a different individual helping me.ryan J.

They shouldn't even be a distributor. Didn't know how to login or where the Keys even were. They wasted 45 min OF MY RENTAL TIME, trying to find the keys. Poor service.Paul O.
