Joanne Melendez R.I checked in online, then when I got there it took an hour to get the truck. I also got an app. Dolly, but when I got there it wasn't available. I paid on online, and it confused the guy so he had to call someone else to fix it. Then they messed up the drop off point. He also didn't check the truck before he gave me the truck. When I dropped off the lady didn't want to check it in while I was there. When they sent me the receipt she charged me for fuel, I put 16.02 in the tank to put it above where it was when I got it. I am not sure I will ever go with this company again. No one seemed to care at all. I have pictures of everything. If you would like them.

Joseph B.I had checked in completely on the phone. I then attempted to turn in the key to the personnel, but he seemed to struggle with the software. It was a 20 min process for something that should have been a handoff. He was friendly and trying, it was just cumbersome and needlessly time-consuming.
Walt K.I drove 5 hours to pick up this trailer. The trailer that was not there. He had no idea where it was. He was to worried about running the slot machines in the gas station than helping me. I was there for over an hour trying to pick up the equipment. It was absolutely terrible.

There the is something wrong with the front end that rattled the entire cab. the alignment was very off. The truck overall was in dire need of a servicing
