The app suck *ss. Tried to pick up truck with it and had to jump through hoops for about 30 minutes then had to call u haul to allow us to pick up the truck 20 minutes east of where I set it up to pick up. Since u haul rescheduled without approval for me to pick it up an extra 20 minutes away then the app f up, I was an hour behind before I could leave 20 minutes east of where I need to load the truck. That part was unexceptable. Truck was clean, preped, and ready to go with 2 dollies. No mechanical issues and got 9.5 mpg

This location provided fantastic customer service, very professonal and friendly. I would recomend this location to anyone needing a rental. It was a little further to pick it up and return it but was worth the extra drive. Uhaul should be proud of this rental location.

JOHN HThere was a spill in the U-Haul's cab between the seats—nothing large, but enough to stress me out that I would be charged for the dirty U-Haul. Also, I am very upset that when I got in the U-Haul and did the site questions, it stated that the miles started at 12003, when in fact, they started at 12022. However, I was unable to get a clear picture (I tried with two different phones, almost like it was meant to blur out numbers on a phone camera), so I was charged for 19 miles more than I should have been. This is very frustrating.
