BEWARE!!! Take pictures of your rental before you leave! You may be charged for any damage even if you did not cause it! Document any damage to the truck before you leave and be sure to show it to the location. Even if you have the insurance you still be charged the $250 deductible for any damage. They asked me to prove we did not do the damage. In court you are innocent until proven guilty...NOT at U-Haul you have to prove you didn't do the damage! How are you supposed to do that? They say prior damage would have been marked with a yellow X BUYER BEWARE!!!!
