The only problem on the trip the right turn signal burn out

Not 1 person there knew what they were doing. Not the lady working at desk, the man sitting in chair who she sent out to verify that there were 4 x 8 trailers because they to listen to me, he said only 5ft. She said she could let me have one of those but it was going to cost more. Told her to cancel it & I would go somewhere else. Well she didn't know how & had to call the owner I think it was. She was actually canceling when OK City U-Haul called me, wanting to know why I had not picked my trailer up. After I told her what had happened, she said all they had was 4 ft. I asked her to talk to the lady there & explain that. She also told her how to check her inventory. When she needed my ball load rating, she asked the same guy to go check. He didn't know how to do that either. She had one of the other employees to give him a phone, so he could take a picture. After close to 2 hours I finally got a trailer. Someone else had to come help him hook it up & checked my lights (which were all good). I guess I should have gotten out & made sure it was properly done. Instead of hooking extra chain in hooks for that, all of the chain had been hooked to driver side frame instead. When I got home we noticed wiring was dangling & wired that up, just never checked chain. Place was filthy, ceiling falling down, lots of black paint on it too. Might have been covering mold.

Gas tank was left on empty (12 miles to empty). Truck was not available at location agreed to during phone call day prior to pick-up, so I had to get a ride to the next location. Employee at pick-up location unfamiliar with how to provide the truck, so manager from alternate location had to assist. Horrible experience and caused a delay to my entire movement plan.
