The staff were not friendly due to how busy they were. They were rushed and not attentive to customers needs.

BRUCE WNo clear directions on how to return vehicle. Dark secluded area with no lights. Took almost a whole 24 hours to notify me that the truck has been inputted in the system as “returned.”
