The owner was rude and very unprofessional. He lashed out because he didn’t make me aware that he was the owner and proceeded to try and force me into give him the keys to my rental truck instead of leaving it in the drop box as instructed. (Presented himself as a random man) I would not recommend this location at all.

Trevor LI received a call that they had to change my pick up location which was fine but this location did not have in person pick up. It ended up being fine but a little heads up about what would’ve been required would have been helpful. We ate into our rental time trying to figure it out.
