This location had no staff so I cannot comment on personnel. The sign was clear on instructions so that was a plus. I wouldn't say the space was clean and inviting but the process was easy enough. The spots to park are very tight so it made it challenging to get photos of the truck. I would say a average experience. Nothing terrible and nothing great.
Amber MManager was extremely helpful, especially as the uhaul website wouldn't load.
Katherine DThe owner was rude and very unprofessional. He lashed out because he didn’t make me aware that he was the owner and proceeded to try and force me into give him the keys to my rental truck instead of leaving it in the drop box as instructed. (Presented himself as a random man) I would not recommend this location at all.
