Very friendly and professional.
David LI think it would help if the inside of the cab were cleaned in between customers. Especially now that everyone is so concerned with virus’ and bacteria. Otherwise everything was very good from the staff to the actual storage area of the truck.

Heath HWhen I received my truck, my equipment was missing. I had ordered and paid for an appliance dolly, furniture pads, and a utility dolly. The only thing I had when I got the truck was the utility dolly. You guys really need to step up your game on ensuring the customer has what they need. Instead of making my move easier, you made it ten times harder due to me having to source my own equipment after I paid money to rent yours. I’ve heard a lot of negative things regarding this exact issue and I will likely never use u-haul again.

Leon FWe had a really good trip. We had to get the pilot equipped with a tow package. We didn’t know we didn’t have. We never had to pull anything. We were able to take care of everything in a timely manner to get the trailer on Saturday. Thank you guys so much. We’ll definitely recommend to my friends or people who do not have trailers that need to go against your competitors. Thanks again. Don’t need to include anything about improving. Anything you guys rock straight up out a shout out U-Haul‘s there?

John DByrd Storage and Rentals is excellent! I’m thankful for the man who put the trailer on my truck Hitch. There was no one to take it off for me when I went to drop it in another state. The ladies are fantastic. On another note if you call them and they don’t pick up, don’t fret, they will be calling you back.

David PThe floor mat has lot of dust, dried spills of drinks. Did not feel good to get into the truck. Staff was very cold without a smile, compared to previous locations I used in Sandy Springs. Unless there is no other option, I would avoid this place
SRINATH SAfter being urged to install the u-haul app in order to return the equipment I found this to be a long and frustrating experience. Once the app was installed after dealing with various problems including poor communications connection at the location I then found the app was not clear on the return procedure. When I tried to text the word "Move" as suggested to get help there was no response, I then tried to call the 800 number and received relentless sales pitch for some sort of medical service. Prior to the return the experience with the pickup had been excellent, the drop off for return though was time consuming, frustrating and stressful.
PHILIP CWished all u-haul places operated and treated costumers like this ! They usually have what I need and when I need it !
