We had a really good trip. We had to get the pilot equipped with a tow package. We didn’t know we didn’t have. We never had to pull anything. We were able to take care of everything in a timely manner to get the trailer on Saturday. Thank you guys so much. We’ll definitely recommend to my friends or people who do not have trailers that need to go against your competitors. Thanks again. Don’t need to include anything about improving. Anything you guys rock straight up out a shout out U-Haul‘s there?

SRINATH SAfter being urged to install the u-haul app in order to return the equipment I found this to be a long and frustrating experience. Once the app was installed after dealing with various problems including poor communications connection at the location I then found the app was not clear on the return procedure. When I tried to text the word "Move" as suggested to get help there was no response, I then tried to call the 800 number and received relentless sales pitch for some sort of medical service. Prior to the return the experience with the pickup had been excellent, the drop off for return though was time consuming, frustrating and stressful.

KENT CThis location was excellent and I wish I had made the original reservation with them. The original location had a sick employee so no one showed up so I had to call, find out no one was coming to replace her and the manager didn't do more than leave a message with another location to try and find me the truck I needed. I ended up calling the same location she did to see if I could get anyone and when I didn't either, I had to call the 1-800 number to find another location to get what I needed. Because of me having to chase down an available truck, I lost several hours of valuable time to try and get everything moved before the incoming snow storm and couldn't get to my storage unit that night before the storm. I am very thankful that I was allowed to extend the rental for 2 additional days but sad that I ended up spending more than I I had planned. Byrd's Mini Storage location was excellent and I will definitely use them again.

BERNARD CThe specific location and personnel working there were AWESOME! They did great damage control on behalf of the U-Haul conglomerate. My ire with the whole experience was the U-Haul website. I was able to reserve a specific trailer at a specific location. The website indicated the trailer was available at the location I chose. Then on the morning of the rental, I received a text an voicemail moving the location to another location a 30-minute further drive away. This was because the selected location had NO trailers, despite the website showing they did otherwise. I will be posting a negative Google review to the originally selected website because of this. That all said, the location I actually picked up and dropped off was excellent.
